If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder or contact support at [email protected]. For security, reset links expire after 30 minutes.

pa7kk can be accessed from any location where you have an internet connection, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing online gambling services is lawful in your specific location. pa7kk does not hold a licence issued by any Pakistani authority.

Common reasons for a delayed withdrawal include incomplete KYC verification, outstanding bonus wagering requirements that must be met before funds can be released, a mismatch between your deposit and withdrawal method, or a routine security review. pa7kk does not charge a platform-level withdrawal fee for standard processing. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, and cryptocurrency network fees are borne by the user. Currency conversion charges may also apply where your account currency differs from the processing currency of the selected withdrawal method.

Generally, pa7kk processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement. In cases where the original deposit method cannot receive withdrawals, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative. Please contact support before requesting a withdrawal to a new payment method.

For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before requesting a withdrawal of those bonus-derived winnings. Specific games may contribute differently toward the requirement.

Yes. All pa7kk bonuses carry an expiry period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds where the wagering requirement has not been met by the expiry date are cancelled automatically. Bonus expiry periods are typically between 7 and 30 days. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit has a 24-hour cooling-off delay by design. Self-exclusion closes your account for a minimum of 6 months and takes effect immediately upon confirmation.
