pa7kk is strictly for users aged 18 or above, or the higher minimum required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Underage access is prohibited.
Each individual may hold only one pa7kk account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements and expiry periods stated at the time of offer. Withdrawing bonus funds before meeting conditions may forfeit the bonus.
Identity verification is required before first withdrawal. We may request documentation at any stage to comply with our KYC and AML obligations.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and the operator of the pa7kk platform ("pa7kk", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at pa7kk.cam. These Terms govern your access to and use of the pa7kk website, mobile interface, all associated services, games, promotions and any other features we provide (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
Important: If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the pa7kk platform. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
pa7kk operates under applicable international licensing and is intended solely for adult entertainment purposes. pa7kk does not hold a licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
To register and maintain an account on pa7kk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
Minor Access: We take underage access extremely seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a User is under the minimum required age, we will suspend the account immediately, conduct a KYC review and may forfeit any balance pending investigation. pa7kk is not responsible for minors gaining access through the use of an adult's credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update that information promptly if it changes. pa7kk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where registration information is found to be false, incomplete or misleading.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You agree to notify pa7kk immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. pa7kk will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
Your primary account currency is set at registration and may not be changed thereafter. Where PKR is selected as the account currency, all deposits, wagers and withdrawals will be processed in PKR. Currency conversion fees may apply where a payment method processes in a different base currency.
An account that has not been logged into for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pa7kk may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts, subject to prior notice to the registered email address. Once the account balance reaches zero, the dormant account may be closed.
pa7kk accepts deposits via a range of payment methods available to Pakistani users. Payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah may appear as familiar deposit references within the Platform. These payment provider names are listed for contextual reference only and do not constitute an endorsement of gambling by those providers, nor do they imply any formal affiliation or partnership. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where operationally possible. pa7kk reserves the right to request alternative withdrawal routes where required. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawal processing times are indicative and may vary depending on the selected payment method and applicable processing queues.
Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any subsequent point where our compliance team deems it necessary, you will be required to submit identity verification documentation. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo ID, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Where deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR, pa7kk applies the conversion rate applicable at the time of transaction where any intermediate currency conversion is required. Exchange rate fluctuations are outside our control and pa7kk accepts no liability for resulting differences in received amounts.
Cryptocurrency Deposits: Where cryptocurrency deposit options (BTC, ETH, USDT) are available, the PKR equivalent at the time of confirmed network receipt governs the credited balance. Network fees are borne by the User. Users are responsible for ensuring cryptocurrency transactions comply with applicable local law in Pakistan.
pa7kk offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and seasonal promotions (including Eid and PSL-season specials). All bonuses are subject to the specific Terms & Conditions published at the time of the relevant promotion, which take precedence over these general Terms where they conflict.
All bets and wagers placed on the pa7kk platform are governed by the general rules set out in this section and by any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict, the game-specific or sport-specific rules take precedence.
A bet is accepted only when the Platform confirms it with a unique bet reference. Bets in process at the time of a system failure or communication error are void unless confirmed. pa7kk reserves the right to decline or limit any wager at its discretion, including but not limited to where the Platform has reason to believe the wager relates to suspicious activity or where the relevant market has been suspended.
Bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical malfunction, data feed error or human error may be voided by pa7kk, regardless of whether the bet was confirmed. pa7kk will notify affected Users and return any stakes deducted in relation to voided bets.
Live betting markets, including those covering Pakistan cricket matches, PSL games and ICC tournament fixtures, are offered subject to the availability of real-time data feeds. pa7kk accepts no liability for outcomes affected by data latency. In-play bets confirmed after the relevant event outcome has been determined may be voided.
All casino and live-dealer game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or live studio mechanics, as applicable. RTP (Return to Player) information for game categories is published in the relevant game section of the Platform. Results are final once determined and may not be disputed on grounds of dissatisfaction with the outcome.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pa7kk platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and legal referral where appropriate:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pa7kk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue or loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
pa7kk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
Where a User suffers a loss due to a demonstrated technical fault on our part, pa7kk's liability is limited to a refund of the affected stake. In no circumstances shall pa7kk be liable to a User for an amount exceeding the balance held in that User's account at the time the claim arises.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge and accept that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds wagered. pa7kk does not guarantee any return on any wager. Past outcomes are not indicative of future results. Gambling with funds you cannot afford to lose is strongly discouraged.
All content on the pa7kk Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, text, game assets, trademarks and service marks, is the exclusive intellectual property of pa7kk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence or interest in any such intellectual property except the limited right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
Any unauthorised reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.
pa7kk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, where required by applicable law, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Users.
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any outstanding balance subject to completed KYC and no pending bonus conditions will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method. Closure requests for responsible gambling reasons will be treated with priority.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law — shall remain in full force.
pa7kk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide notice to registered Users via email to the registered address or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently updated.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pa7kk holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies within that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits a User's right to seek assistance from any applicable consumer protection authority in their own jurisdiction, nor does it override mandatory consumer protections that may apply under local law.
Pakistan Regulatory Note: pa7kk is not licensed by any Pakistani governmental authority. Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and related legislation may apply to Pakistani residents who access online gambling services. Users in Pakistan accept full personal responsibility for ensuring their participation is lawful in their location. pa7kk strongly advises all users to seek independent legal advice if they are uncertain about their legal position.
